Anwering the Call to Coaching & Healing

As a survivor of child molestation, 2 rape attempts  and being a latchkey child, I was exposed to a lot of things.  Because my mom had to work 2nd shift.  And although my dad would come spend time with us, we still had time to be mischievous.  

In my adolescence, I suffered from low self-esteem, a lack of direction,  didn't feel safe, didn't trust.anyone...not even myself.  I doubted my abilities to be successful, in life, have a good relationship, make lasting friendships and I kept repeating the same mistakes. over and over.  Which followed me into my adulthood.  And I couldn't for the life of me figure out why?  

For so long, I felt broken and believed something was wrong with me. Life felt like I was in hell.  Even though I climbed the corporate ladder into the management team and was highly successful,  no matter  how hard I worked, how I advanced with the company or how well I got along with my constituents, I was always running out of money and under tremendous stress to out do myself or someone else.  The stress of competing along with the threat of losing everything felt like a swarm of vultures circling over my head ready to eat me alive at any moment.  I felt burnt out, stuck and lost.  And to add to the struggle, I kept moving from one relationship to the next hoping to find someone who truly loved me.    I felt like I was the most unluckiest person in the world. 

After my divorce of a 14 year marriage, therapy and reading tons of self help books. I realized that I had been living with Complex PTSD as a result of childhood trauma. With this realization, I began the journey of going within and learning about who I am.  

After starting over and moving to a different State with my 3 youngest and still on my journey of self awareness, I eventually was introduced to a Spiritual Guru who trained me in Reiki healing.  I then went on several spiritual retreats and throughout my journey of self awareness I learned Tapping, NLP, Affirmations, Vision Boards, Falun Dafa various Meditations and recently Quantum Inner-Chi Healing and DNA Recoding.  

Although I grew up a Methodist Christian and in my married life accepted Islam,  I went on to study various  religions. 

I now overstand that the above experiences, studies and initiations were needed for my spiritual growth and relatability.  Freeing yourself from the crip of unresolved trauma is a deeply personal journey. There’s no one-size-fits-all method to healing. Facing those wounds can be scary.   While I’ve come far in my own healing journey, I continue to live and learn from this service daily. My intent is to meet you where you're at on your journey and help empower you to trust your own Divine Inner Wisdom.
