I wasn't always a Life Coach. After quitting my job in corporate america, I started driving Lyft due to the freedom it allowed me, And while I didn't have the stress of corporate management, I realized I was carrying trauma I didn't even know how to name. I was exhausted, confused, and desperate for a way out that didn't feel like another temporary fix.
That desperation led me to ancient healing modalities—Reiki, energy work, DNA recoding techniques, tapping, NLP, various Meditations and Breath work, that have been passed down for generations. I studied with the best Teachers, Gurus and various religious beliefs in addition to reading everything I could find. Most importantly, I did the work on myself. Not just surface-level 'feel-good' practices, but deep identity reconstruction with the help of a very powerful Coach.
After my own transformation, I knew I had to share this work. . But more than the Reiki, Life Coaching and healing certifications, I brought my lived experiences—the wisdom that only comes from walking the path yourself.
These studies and experiences helped me develop a powerful system that I still use to this day. And I now use in coaching, guiding and supporting individuals.
Today, I serve high-achieving women—CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, solopreneurs—who are tired of surface-level solutions. Women who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start transforming at the identity level. Women who are ready for their last stop.
