I believe in empowering , coaching and supporting individuals to reach their full potential. My mission is to help you discover your strengths, overcome obstacles, blockages, fears and achieve your goals, dreams and heal in the capacity of a Certified Mindset Life Coach.
During my own healing, self-love and spiritual journey, I realized that when one trauma was healed, several other blockages was healed as well! For instance negative self talk, fear of failure or success! Having limiting beliefs about if I could be successful. These seem to get resolved all together as if in a group or category.
And as I continued on my journey to heal, other sabotaging blockages would appear. For instance, feeling stuck in life, unable to do what I really would love doing and getting paid what I'm worth. The interesting thing was none of these were known to me consciously. The funny thing about discovering these blockages was that I thought I was the only person experiencing these thoughts and feelings.
The most enlightening discovery I learned was that most if not all of these and more blockages stem from some type of trauma, programmed behaviour or observation. These observations, programs and traumas usually occur in childhood. In addition, they can also be passed down through genetics. The child then creates an identity or identities to make sense of whats happening around them or for their protection or both. These identities are real and are part of the individual, who has forgotten their creation. The identities are still much alive and playing out their duties for which they were created.
They play out with the blockages mentioned above as well as feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling to communicate with others, difficult to make friends, being clumsy accepting compliments, neglecting ones own needs, feeling lonely and that no cares, putting the needs of others first, just to name a few more.
These may feel normal or even have a level of comfort to them. Because the pain, discomfort and confusion is better than facing these obstacles head on, not withstanding asking for help. After all, you're surviving right? I can relate whole heartedly. However what if you can actually thrive and feel lighter, powerful and confident all the time?
Due to my coaching certifications, DNA Recode, healing and clair sentient abilities, my coaching is tailored to the individual's need and request. There is no one fits all coaching service. Everyone is special with variances of each trauma, blockages and programming unique to them.
